Jog On Shorts - Knitting pattern

CA$10.50

DESCRIPTION

These lounge-about shorts are designed with a loose fit in the tush (8.5-10.5” of positive ease), have short rows for an ample rump, and are finished with an i-cord bind off for a smooooth and finished look. With a classic tie at the waist and double brim for the band, these shorts were inspired by the Cable Crush Joggers pattern. Perfect to get your lounge on, I promise there is no jogging required. To knit these shorts, you will start at the waist band, create a double brim, and then begin increasing for your tush. You will work the body of the pants in the round and then separate the legs. Once the legs are separated and additional stitches are added between for the inner thigh, the remainder is knit in the round, top-down. The second leg is picked up and knit after the first is completed.

Knit top-down, in the round, and seamless, this pattern is written in nine sizes – XS (S, M, L, XL) (2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL). It is suggested that you highlight your size, so you know which stitch count to follow. Model pictured is wearing the size L and is 5’6, 148 pounds, has a waist of 31” and hip of 41.5” in circumference

How to choose your size: Find your hip measurements below and knit the size according to it.
