Being a beginner knitter can also be a little overwhelming. If you don’t have a knitting friend to lean on, or reach out to when your yarn hits a snag (literally or figuratively), you can kinda feel a little lost, especially if you don’t know what words to google search or youtube to help you learn the next step.
It’s why I created the Knitwork
A private community like a knit night.. but virtual. I swear I’ve learnt the majority of what I know from the women around me at my IRL craft night that I started back in 2015. Blocking, yarn subbing, actual one-on-one help. It became a place that I went to ask my knitting questions - not just a space to make friends. So I re-created that: virtually and for knitters and crocheters around the globe.
